The Board of Accountancy hereby gives notice: that the Petition filed on May 1, 2019, by An Thu Pham, seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 61H1-27.002(2)(c), F.A.C., with regards to the educational course requirements for business law, taxation, and financial accounting, has been withdrawn upon request of Petitioner.
