    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Revisions to Chapter 62-600, F.A.C., are being considered to ensure proper collection and transmission of domestic wastewater. This notice consolidates two prior Notices of Development of Rulemaking - notice #24540047 published on May 13, 2021 (vol. 47/93) and notice #23819919 published on October 30, 2020 (vol. 46/213).

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Department is proposing amendments to Chapter 62-600, F.A.C., to update provisions as well as implement the relevant collection system-related provisions of Florida’s Clean Waterways Act (Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida) including power outage contingency plans and pipe assessment, repair, and replacement plans.
