NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Innovative Construction Inspections, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 553.791, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification regarding the manner by which an inspection can be performed to be in compliance with the above-referenced statute.
