    • Adopt motor fuel dispenser labeling requirements pertaining to ADA fueling assistance at self-service gas stations and establish maximum time limit reporting requirements for the installation of petroleum fuel measuring devices.
  • Division of Licensing
    • The purpose of this rule development is to amend and incorporate a revised version of the Division’s Firearms Instructor’s Training Manual. Proposed amendments will update existing instructional material for use by Class “K” licensees.
  • Division of Consumer Services
    • The purpose of this rulemaking is to establish a penalty structure for violations of the household moving services law consistent with others established within the department.
