NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from HFZ Capital Group d/b/a the Shore Club. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of DCA07-DEC-179, as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether the holding in the above-referenced order may be utilized by the local building official if the building official determines that the material facts are consistent with the Petitioner’s project.
