    NOTICE OF CHANGE

    Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40, No. 167, August 27, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    Rule 6A-10.083 is amended to read:

    (1)(a) Any act or omission, regardless of whether the individual is charged with or convicted of any criminal offense, which would constitute a felony or a first degree misdemeanor under the laws of the State of Florida or any other state or U.S. Territory, or under the laws of the United States of America, which is inexcusable and offends the generally accepted moral standards of the community. The following factors shall be considered in determining whether an act or omission rises to the level of gross immorality:

    (f) Any act or omission that is inexcusable and which would offend the generally accepted moral standards of the community considering the factors listed in paragraph (1)(a) of this rule.
