NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 49 No. 51, March 15, 2023 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are based upon written comments received by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
The rule now reads as follows:
61G18-12.008 Reactivation Fee.
The fee for reactivation of an inactive status license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) and the active renewal fee of two hundred and sixty dollars ($260.00), as set forth in Rule 61G18-12.005, F.A.C., less the inactive renewal fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) if paid previously in the renewal cycle.
