40D-9.200. Historic Resources Removal, Alteration, or Destruction

Effective on Wednesday, June 23, 2021

1Removal, alteration or destruction of historic resources is prohibited on District Lands unless authorized by a Special Use Authorization. The District shall consult the Florida Department of State, Division of Historical Resources, prior to authorizing the removal, alteration or destruction of historic resources on District Lands. Any person discovering historic resources on District Lands shall notify the District of such discovery within 24 hours.
