933(b) 934The F936lo937r938ida Lottery will attempt to notify each winner by 947telep948ho949n950e or 952email using the contact information provided in th960e 961winner’s registration data 964no later than twenty-four hours after the winners are posted on 975the Florida Lottery’s website. 979The Florida Lottery deems the winner’s registration data as the winner’s official contact information, including the physical mailing address, and will not attempt to further locate a winner if attempts to reach the winner using the winner’s registration data are unsuccessful. 1020If the Florida Lottery is unable to have personal contact with 1031the 1032first 1033prizewinner or a 1036second or third 1039prize winner within 1042two weeks 1044of the date of the drawing, the winner will forfeit his or her right to claim the prize and the Florida Lottery will award the prize to the first alternate winner 1075in accordance with 1078subsection (108041081), 1082above1083. 1084If the Florida Lottery is unable to have personal contact with the first alternate winner within 1100two weeks 1102of the date of 1106notification, 1107the alternate winner will forfeit his or her right to claim the prize and the Florida Lottery will award the prize to a second alternate winner. Without such ticket, the winner will forfeit his or her right to claim a prize. 1253The w1255inner must submit the valid entry ticket along with a completed Winner Claim Form DOL 173-2, revised 12729/13, 1273or Spanish Winner Claim Form DOL 173-2S, revised 12819/13 1282and a copy of acceptable identification 1288as set forth in the rule of the Florida Lottery governing payment of prizes. 1636(1637101638) 1639Taxes. 1640A1641ll federal, state and/or local taxes or other fees on the prizes won in the 1656Doubly Rich 1658Second Chance Promotion 1661will be the responsibility of the winner. 1668Thirty percent federal income tax withholding will be withheld from any prize won 1681by a nonresident alien claimant 1686in the Promotion, 1689regardless of the amount of the prize. 1696The reporting and subsequent payment of any additional federal, state and/or local taxes shall be the responsibility o1714f the nonresident alien winner.

1790(1791b1792) 1793If 1794any 1795p1796rize1797winner 1798in the 1800Doubly Rich 1802Second Chance Promotion 1805is identified as owing an outstanding debt to a state agency or child support collected through a court, the debt will be collected in accordance with 1831S1832ection 183324.115, 1834F1835.1836S1837.
1838(1839c1840) Players must be at least 18 years of age. Persons 1851prohibited by 1853S1854ection 185524.116, 1856F1857.1858S1859., 1860from purchasing a Florida Lottery ticket are not eligible to play.
1871(1872d1873) By entering 1876the 1877Doubly Rich 1879Second Chance Promotion, 1882a player gives his or her permission for the Florida Lottery to photograph and/or videotape and record the prizewinner with or without prior notification and to use the name, photograph, videotape, and/or recording of the prizewinner for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation.
