    NOTICE OF CORRECTION

    Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 39, No. 77, April 19, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    In reference to the requirements for identifying copyrighted materials incorporated by reference provided at Section 120.54(1)(i)3.b., Florida Statutes, the paragraph identifying the incorporated copyrighted materials is corrected to read:

    Posting of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard, ANSI-HPS N43.8-2008, “Classification of Industrial Ionizing Radiation Gauging Devices;” ANSI Standard, ANSI-HPS N43.4-2005, “Classification of Radioactive Self-Luminous Light Sources;” and ANSI Standard, ANSI-HPS N43.6-2007, “Sealed Radioactive Sources Classification,” on the internet for purposes of public examination and inspection would constitute a violation of federal copyright law.
