    • The Board proposes an amendment to the Rule to provide Notices of Non-Compliance to first violations of rule sections (4)(f) and (4)(g).
    • The Board proposes an amendment to the Rule to change the maximum number of hours of continuing education to be earned without classroom instruction.
    • The Board proposes an amendment to the Rule to amend section (4)(c), changing the maximum number of hours of continuing education an apprentice can claim from 100 hours to unlimited hours.
