65C-15. Child-Placing Agencies |
1If a child-placing agency ceases operation, for any reason, it shall notify the Department in writing at least 30 calendar days prior to closing and shall provide the following to the Department:
33(1) Legal transfer of surrender and releases of any children in its custody to another licensed child-placing agency or to the Department;
55(2) Documentation of appropriate transfer of responsibility for children in temporary placement to another licensed child-placing agency or to the Department; and,
77(3) All open and closed records.
83(4) Documentation of appropriate transfer or termination of services for all other clients.
